A blended rose from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet in Les Riceys that captures the generous, alluring character of Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian limestone, aged at least three years on lees. Wild strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and redcurrant lead the way, lifted by a hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is full, lively and deliciously fruity, with silky tannins and a long, refreshing finish. Lovely with a tomato tart, anchovies or a rhubarb and asparagus salad, and will cellar for up to 10 years.
